Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

Note: The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Entrepreneurs are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CAADiX GmbH, Förche 46, 39040 Naz-Sciaves, Italy, Email: info [at] cadian.info (info[at]cadian[dot]info)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

4. Special Notes on Digital Content (Software/License)
In the case of contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. software downloads, license keys), the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if

• we have begun execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

5. Note on Service Package (0 € in the 1st Year)
If, as part of your order, a service package is provided free of charge in the first year, the withdrawal period for this also begins upon conclusion of the contract.
Any obligation to pay and automatic renewal after the first year are governed by the respective contractual conditions (term, price/price changes, and cancellation). These provisions do not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.
